Worsened knee pain

Didn't work for me. It caused excruciating pain at the back of my knees, which began 20 minutes after taking the tablet and lasted for at least 16 hours. I couldn't sleep at all. I took the tablets for 4 or 5 days, and when I stopped, the pain ceased. I presume the ingredients of the tablet clashed with something else I am taking.

Relieved muscle pain
This does wonders for a good night's sleep with relaxed muscles! All of my stiff muscles and pain are gone. I feel very relaxed and can enjoy a quality sleep. I'm absolutely loving it.

It’s relaxing at any time. It improves sleep and reduces pain. This is, by far, the best brand of Ashwagandha I have tried.
